"Support actually helped me get it set up"
I ran into some trouble during the install and ended up messaging support. They replied faster than I expected and talked me through the steps in a way that actually made sense. By the end, everything was up and running. I was relieved they didn’t just toss me a help article and disappear. So yeah, that was good

"Overall, I’m happy with it..."
Overall, I’m happy with it. It feels sturdy and well made, and after looking it over I’d say the quality is consistent for the most part. I did notice one piece had a couple of tiny marks, which stood out to me because everything else looked clean, but it wasn’t a big enough issue to bother me. Based on this one, I’d probably buy it again.

"Delivery was pretty much on time"
I think the delivery came when it was supposed to most of the time. There was one time it showed up a day late, but other than that, it’s been fairly reliable for me.

"After-sales felt a little slow, right?"
The help I got was okay overall, but the after-sales support felt a bit slow to me. Maybe it was just my experience, but I expected things to move a little faster, you know?

"Helpful support, just wish the replies were quicker"
I had a good experience overall. Customer service was friendly and helped sort out my question, which I appreciated. The only thing is that the replies took a bit longer than I expected. I think other customers would probably feel the same — the support is helpful, but a faster response would make it even better.

"More hassle than I thought it would be"
I expected ordering to be straightforward, but it ended up being more annoying than I thought. The checkout process was confusing, and it took way too long to get my order confirmation. I did hear back from support, but their response didn’t really help much.

"Too expensive for what it is"
I don’t get the pricing on this. For what you actually get, it just doesn’t feel worth the money. Like, make it make sense

"Wish there were more options"
I was hoping there’d be a bit more to choose from, honestly. The selection felt limited, and I kept noticing little things like only a couple of styles or colors that actually stood out. It’s not terrible, just not much to browse through
